BTI Développement invited to visit the Institut Telecom incubator

Telecom ParisTech Paris Tech Mines Telecom Institute

The BTI Développement team was invited on March 24 by the management of the incubator set up by the Institut Mines Telecom, in the heart of Paris in the 13th arrondissement.

Armand Levy and Pascale Massot run this incubator, which hosts and monitors around thirty start-ups in the digital field, most of which were founded by graduates from the Institute’s various schools.

The projects are selected by an entrance jury. The teams stay on average 18 months in the incubator, the time to develop a marketable version of their product, and, if possible, to find the first investors who will allow the adventure to continue.

Among the favorite subjects of young entrepreneurs, many initiatives are carried out on online commerce, the cloud, communicating objects, or video sharing.

BTI was able to appreciate, through a few personalized presentations, the professionalism and inventiveness of teams that are still small but all the more passionate about quickly translating their innovative ideas into reality.
